Decent air conditioning keeps the heat at bay, and the room features a comfortable bed, perfect for crashing after a long day. Strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the premises allows for smooth browsing.

Rooms are on the smaller side, especially for groups, making it a tight fit for three people. Showers clock in cold, with no hot water—definitely not a mood booster when you're trying to wake up. Noise from the third floor comes in early, waking you up with sounds from the terrace and hallways, which isn't ideal.

Perfect location, okay stay

Super central spot, just a quick walk to the beach! The air conditioning in the Double Room was a lifesaver. Breakfast was served in-room, which was nice, but the meal was pretty basic. Also, the noise from outside could get a bit much at night. If you're a light sleeper, maybe pack some earplugs.

This place was just an excellent fit for a weekend outing in Santa Marta with attractive and competitive value for money. The breakfast staff, while a bit unfriendly, surprisingly had fresh juice available on request, which was a nice perk. Make sure to ask for items you need during breakfast.

Hotel Tayromar has a fantastic location just a few minutes' walk to the beach and surrounded by lively restaurants and nightlife. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. Breakfast served on the patio was delightful, complete with fresh juice and great views.

Some rooms could use an upgrade.

I had a pleasant stay with great coffee and a nice rooftop breakfast, but the room was smaller than expected and started to feel cramped. I would definitely come back!

Also, some areas of the hotel could benefit from upgrades to enhance the overall experience.

The Double Room was pretty nice, but you might want to check which floor you’re on. I had a cozy bed and solid air conditioning. However, the ground floor room felt a bit cramped and lacked natural light. It got noisy at times. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the breakfast on the terrace was a nice touch. It wasn’t too fancy, but for the price, it worked well enough!

Stayed 3 nights in a double room. Super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe, and private bathroom. Loved the tile floor! Tons of good amenities like free toiletries and wake-up service. Location is perfect, loads of restaurants nearby and just a block from the beach. Breakfast had fruits and arepas, decent for the price.
